Residential Electrician Services in Baltimore, Maryland

Frequently Asked Questions

What is flat rate pricing?

Flat rate pricing means that our customers will know the exact cost of the electrical work to be performed prior to the start of work. This system relieves the anxiety of watching the clock and worrying if the technician is taking too long for lunch and/or on that trip to the supply house.

What does the $49 evaluation fee include?

We send a fully qualified residential electrician to your home, with our Warehouse on Wheels Truck, ready to perform the work on the same call saving you time and money. Companies that offer “free estimates” simply cannot afford to provide our level of service. You’ll find that they only offer free estimates on big jobs and they must charge extra for their separate estimator’s time. On the small jobs they either won’t come out or they’ll charge by the hour.

Do you apply the $49 evaluation fee to the cost of the work?

Yes. We will apply the entire $49 evaluation fee to all work completed on the same visit.

What is your 2-hour on-time guarantee?

If we’re late, we waive the evaluation fee.

What if you don’t have my part on your truck?

We call each van a “Warehouse on Wheels." These service vehicles are the largest Sprinter Truck available, fully shelved and fully stocked. Because our vans have greater capacity, we can carry more supplies than our competitors. This means we get the job done quicker. Even with over $8,000 dollars of parts on each truck, sometimes we still don’t have the part. But you can rest assured that your fixed rate price will not change, just because we need to go to the supply house.
